Hand Picking
At dawn in Nantou's high mountain gardens, we hand-pick the most tender bud-and-two-leaves — capturing the day's most abundant hour.

Withering & Oxidation
After sun-withering, leaves are moved indoors for tossing; veins soften and aroma transforms — the moment when tea's character takes shape.

High-Heat Firing
An iron wok at high heat locks in the aroma and stabilizes oxidation; the master's experience guides the flame and the rhythm of every turn.
